1. Agreement of Charter & Booking Confirmation
A charter booking is confirmed upon execution of the formal Ultrovoyage Charter Agreement and receipt of the required initial booking deposit. By boarding our vessels, all guests agree to comply with maritime safety commands of the Master Captain and the rules of the Casino Pit Boss.
2. Passenger Conduct & Gaming Rules
To ensure a safe, sophisticated, and enjoyable environment for all guests, the following conditions are strictly enforced onboard:
- Minimum age for entry into gaming salons is 18 years, verified at port check-in.
- Strict compliance with salon dress codes (Black Tie Gala, Smart Casual Daytime, or Private Lounge).
- Zero tolerance for electronic card-counting devices, unauthorized photography, or abusive conduct toward croupiers.
3. Liability & Marine Perils
Ultrovoyage maintains comprehensive P&I maritime insurance. The company is not liable for itinerary modifications necessitated by adverse weather, force majeure, or maritime search-and-rescue directives issued by AMSA.
Guests are strongly encouraged to maintain private travel and luxury asset insurance covering personal jewelry and specialized high-value belongings.
4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the maritime laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Queensland in Brisbane.
