1. Reservation Deposit & Payment Milestones
Given the bespoke logistical preparations, stateroom provisioning, and licensed maritime crew scheduling required for private charters, payments are scheduled in milestone installments as detailed in your Master Charter Contract.
2. Client Cancellation Schedule & Refund Tiers
In the event a charterer must cancel or postpone their voyage, the following refund schedule applies based on notice received prior to embarkation date:
- Notice 60+ Days Prior: 85% refund of total charter value or 100% credit toward rescheduled voyage within 12 months.
- Notice 30 to 59 Days Prior: 50% refund of total charter deposit.
- Notice Under 30 Days: Deposits non-refundable; vessel provisioning costs and unallocated croupier fees returned.
3. Weather & Maritime Force Majeure Contingencies
If extreme ocean conditions, tropical cyclones, or AMSA port closures prevent the vessel from departing Brisbane Harbour, Ultrovoyage offers full reschedule priority or an in-port VIP Gala dining and salon experience with a 50% rate credit.
Safety of passengers and crew is paramount. Weather assessments are made 24 hours prior to departure in consultation with the Australian Bureau of Meteorology.
4. Cashier Deposits & Unwagered Escrow
All unwagered chips, cashier deposits, and tournament prize buy-in funds remain 100% property of the guest and are refunded immediately via original payment method upon disembarkation.
